If you are reading this blog chances are you are in the top ten reader and if you are not it makes me more exited because it means I have more readers than ever.
I am not a blogger nor aspiring to become a regular blogger but I blog anyway to talk about Jonisium Experiment using the application that I wrote  myself. I do not have experience on any blog applications but I know one thing, they all have topic to talk about. Is that enough reason to blog? Certainly not but one will always have a starting point.
Jonisium started with the idea that everything you see on a website is nothing but a page.  As a coder I can now think a page can be referenced with a PageId.  A page could have page-in-page just like a TV has a picture and a picture-in-picture. What makes pages different from one another is the content type. A content type could be a blog, a news, events, or media such as images or video.  Jonisium follows this fundamental concept so the blog application is just one type of content.
Why bother creating a blog when there are already several professional blog sites out there?

Learning is really fun thing to do and sharing the experience is rapport and rewarding. Doing your own application encourage creativity and enhance ones excitement. Why do someone open up a restaurant if there is already a restaurant in the same street?
What was done so far?
The current released code allows user to create a simple blog article. You can specify title and optional list title for the journal slider, specify date to publish and optionally post to your Twitter account.
What is the future of JE blog application?
Some features will be added soon: social bookmark buttons, slider image upload. Some features in experimental stages: image upload for content embedding, social bookmarking buttons and tagging. Author info link will be added later. Search function is on the roadmap but it is part of a much bigger experiment idea so it will not be available soon.
So how to start blogging if you are not a blogger?
I rely on the professional bloggers to answer that question.
If you are interested in contributing to the experiment propose your ideas by directing a message to @jonisium.
